Sturm Collaboration Campus
91 Sturm Collaboration Campus at Castle Rock was designed to allow you to earn an associate degree from Arapahoe Community College and a bachelor's degree from all in one convenient location. Located in Castle Rock, midway between Denver and Colorado Springs, the Sturm Collaboration Campus offers a small learning environment where you can build your confidence while you start — or restart — your education journey.
With Pathways in Business, Health, Math & Sciences, and Technology, you’ll learn using state-of-the-art technology from caring instructors who are passionate about helping you succeed. We offer day classes stacked 2 days a week, either Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday, to offer the greatest flexibility with part-time work schedules, apprenticeships, and internships. We also offer evening classes for students with full-time work schedules.

It's not all work and no play! Our innovative and scenic campus offers events and activities to engage you. Join us for community presentations, information on exploring degrees and careers, job opportunities — and just relax and have fun with your learning community.
Put your feet up and relax next to a cozy fire in the lounge while enjoying a drink or snack from Castle Rock's Crowfoot Valley Coffee. Advising, tutoring, and student support are available by appointment or drop-in.
Parking Options
91 Student Parking
Parking Fee - Any motor vehicle parked in a parking lot at any 91 campus must display a valid parking permit or pass.
- Parking Fee - $25.00 per semester or $40.00 per year
- Allows parking in 91 lots.
- Fee is $25.00 FALL Semester - May 15 - December 31
- Fee is $25.00 SPRING Semester - January 1 – August 15
- OR Fee is $40.00 Annual Parking Pass - July 1 - August 15 of the following year
To purchase your parking pass
- - Paying here allows you to select from two options: pick up your pass or have pass mailed to you. Passes purchased here will not reflect on your student ledger. Print/Save your payment confirmation.
OR - Login to and:
- Go to the “Student Finance” page
- Go to Payment Options and Refunds section (in the left column) and click on “Pay with Credit Card – Optional Purchases”
- Select the parking pass option you would like and select “Add to Payment” and then pay. Paying here does not allow a mailing option to be selected. Passes purchased here will show on your student account.
- Print/Save your payment confirmation
To get your physical parking pass, stop by an 91 Campus and with your printed receipt and go to:

Non-91 Students / Non-91 Staff Parking
Parking permits for non-91 students/staff at the Sturm Collaboration Campus can be purchased . Permits can be picked up at the front desk.
- Non-91 Students - $25 per semester
- Non-91 Staff - $27 per semester or $52 for an annual permit
91 Staff Parking
Parking permits for 91 staff at the Sturm Collaboration Campus can be obtained through Human Resources. Permits can be picked up at the Littleton Campus or requested to be sent to the Sturm Collaboration Campus.
Sturm Collaboration Campus Facility Rental
91 welcomes individuals, community groups, nonprofits, schools, businesses, and public agencies to rent facilities at our 91 Sturm Collaboration Campus. We have spaces for meetings, events, or conferences with state-of-the-art technology. Our staff will help determine your needs and develop a plan to make your event a success.

Earn an associate degree from 91 and a bachelor’s degree locally in Castle Rock from ! Choose from a BSBA in Marketing, Management, or Accounting or a BS Computer Information Systems with an emphasis in either Cybersecurity or Software Development.
Want to start your college career in high school?
Our partnership with allows you to start your career path with college classes at your high school in 91's Concurrent Enrollment Program. You can then earn an 91 associate degree and a bachelor's degree from CSU, or join with one of our community industry partners in an apprenticeship program.
