Career Assessments are tools that can help you know more about yourself. The assessments listed below are available for a nominal fee and can help you discover your work-related personal characteristics. After taking the assessment, you will view your results with a career counselor. Contact Career Services for details.

My Colorado Journey
My Colorado Journey is a statewide platform designed to personalize your career pathway and connect you to work, education, and support services. Additional free assessments are available in addition to information on current occupations, videos of careers, pay ranges, employers who hire in the occupations, and scholarship information.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the most trusted and widely used assessment for understanding personality and uncovering new ways to work and interact with others. This assessment is helpful if you want to learn about your personality and how it relates to different career opportunities.
Strong Interest Inventory (SII)
Strong Interest Inventory (SII) helps to measure your level of interest among a broad range of occupations, work, and leisure activities and connects your interest to academic majors.
Paying for Career Assessments Online
1. Log on to
2. In the Student Finance card, select the "Pay/View My Bill" link
3. Under “Make a Payment” click on "Career Assessment"
4. Select the option you are interested in and select “Add to Payment.”
5. Select “checkout” in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.
7. Follow instructions to enter credit card payment and complete the transaction.
The "Career Assessments” are recommended to take as a package for the Myers Briggs & Strong Combined (but this is strictly up to you):
Myers Brigg Type Indicator $15
Strong Interest Inventory $10
Myers Brings & Strong Combined is $25
If you are unable to access the “Career Assessments” through the 91 student portal system, please visit our .
Once you have submitted payment for the “Career Assessments,” you will receive notification from Myer’s Briggs to your current 91 email to complete the assessments online. We will then reach back out to schedule an appointment with one of our Career Specialists to get the response of the “Career Assessments.” Please visit the Career Services main page for more information.
