Concurrent enrollment courses are a great way to start Moving Mountains toward your future. Just follow these steps to get started.
Steps to Getting Started with 91Òù¸¾ Concurrent Enrollment
Step 1: Connect with your High School Counselor
Connect with your high school counselor to discuss participating in the concurrent enrollment program and to review the program requirements.
*If you're a home school student, connect with our CE staff to discuss your readiness and eligibility.
Step 2: Apply for Admission to 91Òù¸¾
Apply to 91Òù¸¾ (if you have not done so previously) so you can get college credit for your concurrent enrollment courses.
After you apply, you will receive your 91Òù¸¾ student ID number (S#) in 2-3 business days via email.
You’ll need a few things when you apply, so have them handy:
- Your Social Security Number
- *If you do not have a Social Security Number, you can still participate in the concurrent enrollment program by selecting the appropriate citizenship status when completing the 91Òù¸¾ admission application.
- A personal email address (not your parent’s/guardian’s or your high school email)
- Residency information from a parent/guardian
Make sure you check "YES" to allow 91Òù¸¾ to authorize your College Opportunity Fund (COF) when completing the admission application or go to the to sign up.
Step 3: Meet Course Prerequisite Requirements
Some college courses have prerequisites you need to meet before you can take them. Depending on the course, you may need to take an academic assessment or provide an academic transcript. There are 2 ways to meet course prerequisites:
- Submit qualifying , , , or 91Òù¸¾UPLACER scores
- Demonstrate a 3.0 or higher high school GPA

Additional Steps for Students Taking Courses at an 91Òù¸¾ Campus or Online
Step 4: Complete Student Orientation (online)
Student Orientation is a requirement for all students who are attending college at an 91Òù¸¾ campus / online for the first time.
Student Orientation is online and will teach you about being a college student and how to register for the courses you are taking at an 91Òù¸¾ campus / online.

Step 5: Attend an Advising & Registration Session
After completing the online Student Orientation, you will receive an email from your 91Òù¸¾ Academic Advisor inviting you to sign-up for an Advising & Registration session.
The dates and times for the Advising & Registration sessions will be provided through the email from your advisor. Or call our office to schedule!
Step 6: Attend and Successfully Complete your 91Òù¸¾ Course(s) to Earn College Credit!
Check your and student email daily to stay up-to-date on important dates, deadlines, and campus events.
